So as most of you know, Lilly has had only 2 teeth since her first ones came in January. The other day I took a gander in her mouth and found she has 7, yes I said 7 teeth coming in as we speak, and most of them are molars. Isn't that insane? So this explains her sweet personality lately, diarrhea, and runny nose. I feel so sad for her. Her bottom is RAW. Anyone have any suggestions on what I can do for this poor little girl??????

Put plain yogurt on her bum. The butt paste works well too.
Ouch!
It's been so long since I've dealt with the teething thing. I always just gave my kids anything cold on their teeth. If they had a favorite toy I put it in the freezer over night so it would be really cold the next day. It's not like they had 7 coming in at once though. Poor thing...
My only thought is to make sure she's eating things that will not worsen the pooping... poor Lil! Just give her bland foods, and hopefully that will help it heal up.
Good luck with the 7 teeth -- holy crap!
The doc told me this with Alyssa, Paste on the desitin. (not the desitin creamy) And when you have to change her, make sure that you rinse your wipes first. Make sure you don't get all the desitin off, just the poop, and then lather on the desitin again. Also, after her baths, let her run around with out a diaper on for a bit. If this doesn't help ask the doctor for a cream called
clotrim/beta diprop cream
I'm sure this is all abreviated but the stuff works great!
Hope this helps!
It did for us!
As for the teeth, try Hylands teething tablets. They are amazing. They have them at most stores in the baby section. (They're in a little blue and pink package.) Good luck! Hope all this helps.
MOTRIN. No Tylenol. Put cornstarch (like the kind you cook with) on her bum. Also, let her be nakey whenever possible and use a blow dryer on a cool setting on her bum. Poor babe!!
I'm sorry, no advice here.... it's been too long, but my goodness, she is ADORABLE! We're coming for 3 days in October, I'll give you advance warning. Sept. was quick!
